Written by Danaé Dugardyn and Dom Oliveira, Comptines de la Mer brings together music, discovery and play to support the first learning steps of young children.
Through original nursery rhymes and illustrations of sea creatures that unfold to reveal new species, children explore the richness of marine life in an interactive and playful way.
Singing, listening, discovering the ocean
Comptines de la Mer supports the development of language, listening skills and a sense of rhythm. By singing, children enrich their vocabulary, work on their articulation and discover the sounds of the French language, while developing their curiosity about the living world.
A short 30-minute format, designed for the attention span of toddlers, where parents and carers sing along with the children. Whale, mermaid, seahorse, jellyfish or clownfish: each rhyme brings a new animal to life, and each illustration unfolds to extend the surprise.
